Once you’ve logged in and connected your health care accounts, you’ll land on your personalized home page where you’ll begin to experience the power of Simplee.

Your home page has a dashboard that will display some key numbers across all your plans – your total medical spending, your medical deductible status, and balances if you have FSA or HSA.

Your home page has a dedicated area for important messages. A quick review can put your mind at ease and alert you to any items that need your attention.

For example, you might see a bill from a recent doctor’s visit, and be able to go right to the details. Simplee will even alert you when it finds calculation errors.

Each time you go to the doctor, Simplee will store the billing details safely online. The information is organized so that you know exactly what the visit was for, how much you owe, how it was calculated, and whether the visit is paid for.

Simplee will show you your medical service consumption across all of your plans. For example, you’ll see what medical services you use the most, which physicians you visit most frequently, how each family member uses the health plans, and if the medical services you use are in or out of your network.

Simplee will send you many helpful alerts, like when an insurance claim is ready to review, when a medical bill is due, if there is a billing error, when you use out of service doctors, or if you could be taking advantage of certain medical services. You will also get personalized insights related to your FSA or HSA account.

If you owe money to a provider for a claim, Simplee allows you to send a payment through our secure online system. With just a few clicks you can use your credit card, bank card, or HSA/FSA debit card to take care of the payment quickly and safely.
