About Us
Simplee® is transforming out-of-pocket payments into a trusted self-service experience. Our customers are innovative healthcare providers focused on the patient as a rising consumer.
Simplee has helped consumers manage nearly two billion in health expenses and processes millions in payments across thousands of providers each month. We benefit both providers and their patients:
- Patients receive a delightfully clear bill they understand and trust
- Providers get faster patient payments, more self-service, and other productivity gains
Simplee®PAY is a Cloud based platform for patient payments and loyalty that offers interactive patient statements, flexible payment options, and technology unifying bills with the explanation of benefits.
Simplee®PAY has a choice of plans for providers:
- SELECT | self-service patient payments
- COMPLETE | scalable platform for all patient billing & payments
- ULTIMATE | reliable patient estimates with pre-payment option
Make out-of-pocket payments a clear, convenient, and trusted process
The rise in high deductible health plans and an antiquated billing process leaves the typical person confused and conditioned to deprioritize paying medical bills. Providers see the effects in rising collection costs, high customer support loads, low satisfaction scores, and mounting bad debt.
Simplee® is committed to helping patients have confidence in what they owe and why, and making the health care payment process as trusted and convenient as possible.
"After my entire family got the flu during a vacation in Mexico, we were inundated with paperwork from my insurance company and from various doctors for months after we returned home. I spent so much time and effort trying to figure out that huge pile of paper. It was time consuming, extremely confusing, and frustrating. I didn’t remember what some of charges were for. I couldn’t remember if I paid for them and I had no idea how my part was calculated.
I couldn’t believe such an important aspect of people’s lives, one that is also costly, is so inefficient and unclear. I wanted to solve this problem that affects us all. That was the birth of Simplee."
